So, replace the words “we” and “they” with “you” and “I” to bring a more personal tone to your writing. It will make your blog posts more engaging. Your ideal reader will feel as if you are speaking to him. It is more like you are writing this article specifically just for him/her.

Use phrases such as:
- Envision that you are in Hawaii
- What if you are in Hawaii now?
- The cool breeze swaying on your face
- The beautiful sunset, etc.
Speak to a feeling that is already there, and not trying to force it on your reader. That is the power of mirror neurons and how they affect the human mind. This method will aid you on how to write an article that connects with your readers.
